- Provide clear direction and inspire the project team towards achieving objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in resource allocation and skill matching for project tasks.
- Foster effective communication channels among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Regularly report project status, schedule, and cost concerns to management.
- Monitor compliance with relevant practices, policies, and specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance.
- A relevant 3rd level qualification.
- At least 5 years' experience.
- Experience in report writing, planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
