The heritage worker will assist in maintaining and running the heritage program provided by NTW. They will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the NTW premises and both the house and lands in Carnaross reporting to the community development worker with responsibility to heritage or the supervisor on duty. Following are a number of duties and responsibilities of the Heritage assistant in his or her role in NTW supervisor/manager on duty. • Develop an understanding of Traveller Culture and Heritage • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by applying regulations and procedures in accordance with health and safety legislation and MTW policies
