Currently on the cusp of a new phase of strategic growth both nationally and internationally aligned with our ambitious 2030 and beyond business strategy, we are recruiting for a Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer.
This newly created, high-impact role will report directly to the CEO and will oversee all operational, recruitment, commercial, and support functions across Osborne's multi-location, multi-sector business. You will help shape and deliver our growth strategy while upholding our reputation for talent solutions, recruitment excellence and 5-star customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and delivery of Osborne's 2030 business, recruitment and sales strategy, adapting to evolving market conditions.
  • Lead, inspire and scale high-performing teams across Recruitment, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Strengthen operational capability to support national and international expansion.
  • Champion innovation in recruitment technologies, methodologies, and client solutions.
  • Represent Osborne with key stakeholders including government bodies, enterprise agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain and develop our values-led, high performance culture based on Excellence, Integrity, Growth, Collaboration, and Care.
About You:
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience within a Multi-Location, Multi-Sector Recruitment Organisation - international recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Proven success in scaling recruitment operations and driving strategic growth (organic and/or M&A), ideally in a €20M+ turnover business.
  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field desirable.
  • Deep expertise in recruitment models (permanent, temporary, MSS, RPO etc.) and international exposure highly desirable.
  • Professional individual with exceptional leadership, commercial acumen and communication skills with a data-informed, client-centric mindset.
