- General cleaning duties to dovetail in with cleaning contractor’s SLA, spec and hours on site
- External litter pick
- Check car parks for litter and water pooling
- Clean car park using cleaning machine
- Check on cleaners / liaise with cleaners’ area manager as required
- Check lifts, escalator, travellator and stairwells for litter and condition
- Hourly check on main common area lobby
- Check toilets & mats, liaise with cleaners re condition and consumables
- Check main entrance location – low level glass, door function, litter, water pooling (slips/trips)
- Monitoring heating and water systems, including reading meters if required.
- Maintenance and repair of equipment, furniture, windows, fixtures, and fittings.
- Upkeep and renewal of paintwork.
- General tidiness of the property, disposal of rubbish etc.
- Keep property grounds in good order
- Opening and lock up of the property as required.
- Ensuring buildings are safe and secure at all times, including during adverse weather.
- Act as a keyholder, responding to alarm calls if required.
- Liaise with the property Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure any maintenance or repairs are reported and completed.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and grooming at all times.
- Actioning of client/tenant requests promptly and efficiently as directed by the Maintenance Manager or Property Manager.
- Adheres to accident & lost property procedures.
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
- Report any complaints to the appropriate Property/Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Maintenance Manager regarding workload and assigned duties.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Report any concerns or suspicious behaviour to your Manager immediately.
- Perform any other reasonable task or instruction as directed by management or a representative of management.
- Carrying out fire walks, conducting weekly bell & sprinkler tests
- Must have an excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
