DublinSalary: €40,000Contract: PermanentWork environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days from home)Role OverviewWe're seeking a Billing Team Lead to support the Billing Manager and oversee day-to-day billing operations. You will guide team members, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high levels of accuracy across all billing activities.Key Responsibilities of the Billing Team Lead
Support the Billing Manager with daily operations
Train, mentor, and support billing team members
Complete daily, weekly & monthly reports
Ensure SLAs are consistently achieved
Carry out monthly 1:1 meetings
Assist with annual price increases and project work
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams
Review sales accruals and work-in-progress
Process invoices, credit notes, and manual billing
Maintain work orders and support contract setup
Handle helpdesk and general billing queries
Key Requirements of the Billing Team Lead:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Experience working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Proactive problem-solver and self-starter
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Experience with Power BI or Agresso ERP is an advantage
