- Manage documentation records for projects in compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements
- Use of electronic documentation systems
- Check document for compliance with project requirements, issuances of document, update registers and manage all incoming & outgoing documents
- Provide administrative support to Engineering and Projects departments
- Project filing/document handover process
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Document Control
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience with document management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
- Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication
