Ref. 1366HSE AdvisorOur client is a well-established multinational EPCM consultancy operating across the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology sectors. They are currently seeking an HSE Advisor for a contract role on an exciting project in Limerick.Reporting to the Field Safety Manager and to the Project HSE Director, the HSE Advisor will oversee assigned areas and contractors, supporting the Safety and Construction Management teams.Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage permit-to-work systems for construction activities in a live environment
Support the safe execution of construction projects through effective HSE deliverables
Assist the Project HSE Manager/ HSE Director in implementing the Project HSE Program and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans in line with statutory requirements and international standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Implement corporate HSE management programs through project standards and procedures
Review Contractor safe systems of work, Risk assessments and Method Statements. (RAMS)
Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Prepare and issue HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor HSE performance through inspections, audits, and reporting
Contribute to HSE performance initiatives, plans, and continuous improvement activities
Support wellbeing initiatives, including Wellbeing and Beyond Zero programs
Plan and deliver HSE promotional campaigns and events, such as Safety Week
Develop and deliver site inductions and HSE training programs

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Advanced Manufacturing
Education: Higher Level Diploma or Degree
