- Ensure smooth running of the Helpdesk, working as part of their support team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, actioning all daily calls and queries.
- Ensuring information and data is accurately saved on the CRM system.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Administration role.
- Experienced in Database (Salesforce CRM) is essential.
- Strong IT and financial acumen is advantageous.
- Attributes of someone who is empathetic, helpful, and passionate about NGOs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay focused and work collaboratively within the team.
- Ability to follow processes, maintain strong productivity and data standards.
- €30,000 per year.
- Initial Contract until December 2025. Extension once government funding is approved.
- Dublin 7 location, fully onsite role, Monday to Friday; 9 to 5pm.
