- Document control for the Estimating & Proposals team, management of incoming transmittals and internal collaboration documents
- Ensure that estimate documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the tender across internal teams.
- Manage the Tender documentation to ensure that all parties have access to the required documents as required, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
- Maintain overall tender list in conjunction with the Estimating & Proposals Lead
- Maintain and co-ordinate shared documentation across multiple teams in tender collaboration process.
- Assist Estimators with issue of tender packs to sub-contractors & vendors
- Maintain sub-contractor & vendor database and details
- Maintain vigilance for the progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers
- Prior experience in a similar pre-construction estimating role or a document control role
- Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous eg. Viewpoint, BIM360 etc.
- High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- High level of verbal and written English is essential
