- Coordinate and lead project meetings, managing scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Administer all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Supervise project logistics, including material deliveries, equipment rentals, and site access.
- Serve as the main liaison between the engineering firm and the primary contractor, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts.
- Monitor project advancement and identify potential risks or challenges, escalating them to senior project management as required.
- Assist the project team in addressing conflicts or obstacles encountered during project implementation.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and proposals as necessary.
- BEng in electrical/mechanical engineering, construction management, or similar.
- Previous experience in an electrical / building services engineering role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full driving licence
