身為技術專家,您每天皆會迎接新的挑戰,了解雲端服務如何運用在不同產業及規模的客戶端。透過電話、郵件或網站等管道深入客戶的問題,運用專業知識為客戶量身打造解決方案,並執行故障排除。除了接觸到多樣化的使用情境外,您亦需要指導其他新進同仁、分享技術文章、和內部團隊合作解決問題或優化流程,以完成策略性的目標。此職務支援AWS中與關連式資料庫系統相關的系列服務,包括RDS, Aurora, Database Migration Service, DocumentDB … 等。Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will be primarily responsible for solving customer's cases through a variety of contact channels which include telephone, email, and web/live chat. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for our customers and drive customer interactions by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.Apart from working on a broad spectrum of technical issues, an AWS Premium Support Engineer may also coach/mentor new hires, develop & present training, create technical articles or how-to videos for the developer community, partner with internal development teams on complex issues, participate in new hiring, write tools/scripts to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives.This role focusses on relational database technologies, and you will work with customers using AWS Services including RDS, Aurora, Database Migration Service, DocumentDB and more.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dublin, D, IRLBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
