- Collaborate with site teams to manage project setup, focusing on coordination of architectural and engineering information
- Coordinate utilities and services between mechanical/electrical engineers and utility providers
- Prepare and maintain schedules of information requirements in line with contract programmes, and monitor progress
- Manage the technical submittal process for all project components, including tracking and reporting status against programme timelines
- Maintain procurement tracking schedules based on approved submittals and cost approvals
- Respond promptly to project queries and ensure proper documentation and resolution
- Support the project team in identifying and resolving design-related challenges
- 10+ years' experience as a Design Manager on commercial, residential and apartment projects
- Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or Architecture
- Experience working with a main contractor is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
