
Administrator - Immediate start

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email
- Process and package gift voucher orders accurately using the internal voucher system (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders for post, email, or collection
- Follow agreed customer service procedures and uphold service standards
- Escalate any complaints to the Operations Manager where necessary
- Provide clear, accurate product and service information to customers
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Attend trade and consumer shows to represent the brand
- Support general office tasks such as handling post, deliveries, and stock orders
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to follow and interpret training instructions accurately
- This is a fully office-based role in Dublin 2 - remote working is not available
- Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
