SSA is recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a world class MEP Contractor, to be based in Kildare.About the role:As a Commercial Manager within this company, you will join the commercial team working on electrical projects throughout Ireland, playing a key role in the future growth of the business.Office based with hybrid working supported, reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: developing & managing budgets, leading procurement strategies & subcontractor management, identifying risks & opportunities, conducting examinations of contract documents & ensuring contract compliance, recording details relating to contractual delays, mentoring a small team of QS's, and much more.About the company:Our client, an industry leading engineering services provider with offsite capabilities, continues to expand across Ireland and Europe. - Previous experience with an M&E Contractor (essential)
- 8+ years experience in a similar role
- Previous electrical experience in preferred
- Experience on life sciences, commercial or residential projects
