- Proven experience with strong regulatory expertise in SREP, including Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), ICAAP, ILAAP, and internal governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex regulatory projects with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in aligning regulatory requirements, particularly SREP and RRP, and responding effectively to evolving prudential regulations.
- Strong capability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
- What type of work will I be doing?
- Leading delivery of financial risk and prudential regulation engagements, focusing on SREP readiness, response, and remediation.
- Providing subject matter expertise on SREP, capital and liquidity risk management, and internal governance to clients.
- Managing and mentoring junior colleagues to build team capability and expertise.
- Collaborating with client teams and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinating cross-jurisdictional teams to deliver projects for European financial services clients.
- Engaging with Deloitte’s wider European and global financial risk network to develop and implement innovative regulatory solutions.
- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing on financial risk and prudential regulatory topics.
- Developing your professional network within the local and European financial services community.
