Do you want to help define the strategic roadmap of a new business for Amazon? The Reverse Logistics organization is looking for a Senior TPM to establish technical requirements to continue expanding this critical function to increase circularity, drive cost savings, and increase profitability. Driving circular economy initiatives is a top priority of Amazon and our commitment to reach net-zero carbon by 2040.This individual will participate in strategic network/facility design, capability expansion, and process engineering to establish best in class IT Asset Disposition services. This leader will work cross-functionally across multiple business units (engineering, legal, finance, supply chain, environmental, and sustainability) to deliver results that are not only new to Amazon, but new to the industry.As a TPM, you find clear paths through roadblocks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. You will have an ability to take large, complex programs and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional and technical user stories, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.   • Program manage across a multi-disciplined group of stakeholders
  • Drive automation requirements to technical partners
  • Self-Initiate project ideas and track to successful implementation
  • Run continuous improvement projects spanning multiple geos/operations
  • Develop and track best practices for global consistency
  • Lead executive reviews on ITAD services internally and externally
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dublin, IRLPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
