Deal Administration is responsible for the accurate and timely management of loan and deal transactions, covering syndicated, bilateral and agency loans. Our team ensures that every transaction is processed in line with ING’s global standards, internal controls and regulatory expectations.We act as a service provider for multiple ING locations, including Prague, Bucharest and Sofia, along with many others across the network. Collaboration is a key part of our work: we operate virtually alongside our hubs in Manila and Amsterdam, ensuring seamless end-to-end support for front-office and lending operations across Europe.Our environment is dynamic, interconnected and continuously evolving – ideal for someone who thrives in a global operations function and enjoys working closely with colleagues across diverse regions and time zones.Roles and responsibilities
As part of a small processing team you will be responsible for a wide range of activities such as:Ensure all lending transactions, amendments, and lifecycle events are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.Execute drawdowns, repricings, and related activities across syndicated, bilateral, and agency lending structures.Manage ongoing lifecycle events such as rate resets, fee calculations, and interest payments.Coordinate funding requirements - including break‑funding requests - directly with Bank Treasury.How to succeed

The skills and experience we are seeking are:Third Level Qualification preferred – in Finance, Business or related fieldIdeally 2 to 3 years work experience in financial servicesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player who has the ability to manage individual responsibilitiesExceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work effectively while managing time-sensitive processes and completing prioritiesSolid understanding of lending products including Term Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities (RCFs) and bilateral, syndicated and agency transactionsFamiliarity with loan management systems, operational workflows and transaction processing environments - Knowledge of LoanIQ would be an advantageRewards and benefits
