- Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent) with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in life insurance product actuarial work.
- Dynamic team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a high degree of integrity and discretion.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and operational intricacies, including unit-linked insurance and guaranteed products, with exposure to annuity and protection products.
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels, within and across organizational boundaries.
- Strong organizational, influential, and communication skills.
