Our circular services help clients stay focused on their core business while allowing them to reduce their environmental footprint.The RoleAs a HR administrator you should be able to work independently, be innovative, and have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment. You will support the Little Island plant in the following Key areas; Onboarding and Offboarding of employees, performance management, absence and time management and the delivery of all aspects of HR support to the middle management teams.Key duties:
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administer HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Lead the recruitment process. Working with the management team to maintain sufficient staffing levels on the shifts.
  • Complete onboarding for new employees on the time and attendance system
  • Planning and delivering induction training of new staff.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is issued i.e contracts of employments, medical questionnaire, drivers’ documentation.
  • Monitor employee visas and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Performance management. Support the middle managers in conducted these meeting.
  • Probation: Ensure 3- and 6-month probation reviews are completed.
  • Assist production shift managers in issuing letters of concern
  • Lead all investigations meetings as and when they arise.
  • Continue to work with payroll re payroll queries and ensuring employee records are maintained
  • Working with a company’s various departments to assist management in understanding and implementing procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring that diversity and equality are core tenets of the company’s culture.
  • General office administration tasks
Experience:
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
  • Possessing good communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and promptly resolve HR queries
  • Proficiency in Office software
  • Ability to multitask and strong organisational skills
