Established over forty years ago, U Value has a history of servicing some of the largest Irish and British construction firms.We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced and growing team. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.Location: Ballycoolin Dublin 15 (Moving to Dunshaughlin in 2026)About the role:
  • Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties
  • Offloading supplier goods and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Working within company policies and procedures to maintain high health & safety standards.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently.
  • Working as part of a friendly and motivated team
Requirements
  • Previous Reach Forklift Truck driving experience (license/cert preferred)
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Good attention to detail and reliability
  • A positive attitude with the drive to grow your career
  • It is an advantage if the successful candidate has a shunting licence, but not ideal training can be provided.
  • Experience in a busy yard/ warehouse.A distinct advantage.
