Define and implement the Enterprise Renewals strategy in close partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership, Customer Success, Channel Development Managers, and other key collaborators.
Mentor and coach the Renewals Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support in achieving their renewal business targets.
Ensure all renewal contracts are closed before expiration, meeting quarterly, half-year, and annual targets associated with the assigned book of business.
Accurately forecast Renewals opportunities on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with closing Renewals opportunities, developing strategies to overcome challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Channel Sales to ensure timely closure of assigned renewals.
Cultivate solid relationships with external partners, distributors, and resellers to provide an exciting renewal experience.WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:5-10 Years of experience managing a Renewals Team across Europe, ideally France, Spain and Italy.Languages: Native French and fluent English are essential. In addition Italian and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
Experience leading teams of successful Renewals Sales Representatives in quota-carrying sales roles focused on Enterprise IT buyers.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets with the ability to accurately forecast.
Extensive knowledge of the Enterprise software sales industry, including software subscriptions and SaaS licensing methodologies.
Familiarity with Enterprise procurement processes, particularly related to IT spending.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to enhance operations and processes.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.Please note: In-Office Expectations.
