HireForce is seeking an ambitious and seasoned internal auditor to step into the role of Senior Internal Audit Manager. The role offers minimal travel requirements, with approximately 10% expected domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal audit assignments across the organization, collaborating with internal staff and utilizing co-sourced resources as necessary.
- Work closely with the Group Head of Internal Audit to develop and maintain the annual internal audit plan.
- Focus audit efforts on areas of highest risk, ensuring maximum value from each assignment.
- Present practical and clearly articulated recommendations to management, aimed at enhancing controls and operational efficiency.
- Lead post-audit follow-ups to verify remediation of identified issues.
- Conduct special analyses or reviews as requested by the CEO or Audit Committee.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the Group Internal Audit team.
- Act as a deputy to the Group Head of Internal Audit as needed, delivering presentations at Board and Audit Committee meetings.
- Qualified accountant and seasoned auditor with extensive experience in a large firm, with at least 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably within industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successful team management.
