We are 100% employee owned so work together to make our company successful. :As a Structural Graduate, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:

Structural design mainly in concrete and steel to various design codes
Structural analysis using proprietary software
Communicating design information using calculations, sketches and marked-up drawings
Working as a part of a multi discipline design team on structural design of buildings and structures to arrive at coordinated, optimal and efficient solutions

A degree/masters in structural or civil engineering with specialism in structures (Level 8/9)
Good understanding of structural principals, ability to use design software, and design using codes
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment
Ability to produce accurate work to agreed time schedules
Strong work ethic
