Group Financial Accountant - Irish Plc - DublinAre you a recently qualified Big 4 / Top 6 accountant looking to make your first move into industry?We are exclusively partnering with a leading Irish Plc to appoint a Group Financial Accountant to join its Group Reporting team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to plc-level reporting within a high-performing, multinational environment.The OpportunityThis permanent role sits within the Group Finance function and offers broad exposure across consolidated reporting, external reporting, and senior stakeholder engagement.You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality reporting while continuously driving improvements and efficiencies across the finance function.Key Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
Support the delivery of annual and interim results, including Board and Audit Committee reporting
Liaise with external auditors and advisors throughout the reporting cycle
Support newly acquired entities with Group reporting requirements
Identify and drive process improvements across reporting and controls
Contribute to finance systems and transformation initiatives
Engage with stakeholders across the Group to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as required

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA), ideally trained in Big 4 / Top 6
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Ambition to build a career within a large, international organisation
