- Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS/US GAAP in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Support the delivery of annual and interim results, including Board and Audit Committee reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and advisors throughout the reporting cycle
- Support newly acquired entities with Group reporting requirements
- Identify and drive process improvements across reporting and controls
- Contribute to finance systems and transformation initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders across the Group to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as required
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA), ideally trained in Big 4 / Top 6
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
