Excel Recruitment is actively looking for an experienced Rigid Truck driver for a busy wholesale company in Waterford City. This is a full time, permenant contract.

44 hours contract (10 over 14 days)
Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays
Start Time is 7 am and every 6 weeks it is 10 am for a different run
Drivers are required to have a C License, CPC up to date and a Tacho Card

Key Responsibilities:Multi-Drop Deliveries: Deliver goods to various customers within the designated region, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Vehicle and Load Checks: Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and its load to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary invoices and paperwork promptly.Customer Relations: Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing concerns or queries professionally.Compliance: Adhere to all basic food safety requirements and company policies. * Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
High motivation with the capability to meet set deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Waterford and surrounding areas.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
