- This role handles all aspects of export order management, shipping and market relationship requirements for our Global Markets within the supply chain function of IDL within the Gold Brand Unit.
- Receipt & Management of the forecast, processing and dispatch of sales orders for all Group and non-Group companies outside of the Republic of Ireland, for both cased and non-cased goods.
- Efficient daily processing within IT systems: SAP, Connect, Power BI dashboards.
- Daily liaison with Customers, Freight Forwarders and Warehouse personnel.
- Manage Supply Review (BC/MC handshake) calls on a monthly basis and achieve targeted KPIs at both group and local level including Volume Fill, Order Modifications, Forecast accuracy and Net requirement publication and analysis.
- Working closely with demand planning team to manage and improve market performance.
- Timely management of customer complaints on the group complaint management system (Loop).
- Front-line logistics point of contact for our export customers.
- Efficient planning and optimization of containerized shipments.
- Ensure compliance to strict security procedures for transport of high value goods.
- Regular liaison with third party bottling co-packers.
- Work on assigned projects and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Dealing with Customers’ allocations, in terms of achieving targeted figures.
- Integral member of Supply Chain Division, with regular interaction with many IDPR stakeholders, namely Planning, Bottling, Quality, Brand Marketing, Finance, IT etc.
- Contribute to Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operational Planning and Forecasting processes on a regular basis.
- Assist the inventory team in managing and minimizing SSOS for your markets and IDL.

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Negotiation skills for managing customer interactions and supply chain discussions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying or implementing process enhancements.
- Understanding of budgeting principles and financial impact within supply operations.
- Experience working with global markets or diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of integrated supply chain planning processes (S&OP, forecasting cycles).
