What We’re Looking For

Experience in insurance claims, sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a customer-focused environment
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
Ambition, resilience, and a genuine desire to progress quickly

Additional Information:

In office Role – Monday-Friday
Total Year 1 Compensation: €47,000 – €55,000+ (Commission – Uncapped!)
Compensation Breakdown: Base (DOE: Early – Mid Thirties) + Commission + Bonus
