Dublin (Hybrid Work)Rate: €550 per/day depending on experienceOverview: Our client is looking for a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to lead strategic procurement transformation initiatives and drive value across our global sourcing and procurement landscape. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Ariba solutions, including design, deployment, and integration with SAP ERP systems. As a senior consultant, you'll work closely with leadership, manage complex implementations, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.) across multiple projects.Partner with executive stakeholders to define procurement transformation roadmaps and align Ariba capabilities with business goals.Oversee integration between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity.Provide strategic guidance, best practices, and governance for ongoing system enhancements and process optimization.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal SAP Ariba capabilities and methodologies. What We're Looking For:7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba solutions, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in a lead role.Strong domain expertise in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management in complex, global environments.In-depth understanding of SAP Ariba integration frameworks and middleware (e.g., SAP Cloud Integration, PI/PO).Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization.SAP Ariba certification and experience with S/4HANA integration are highly desirable.
