Type: Full-time, permanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke joinery and fit-out projects for high-profile clients across Ireland. This is a senior role within a fast-growing company that works with some of the most recognisable names in retail, hospitality, corporate offices, and luxury interiors.The successful candidate will oversee projects from tender through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and programme targets are met, while coordinating closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and in-house teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of fit-out and joinery projects from start to handover.Interpret client briefs, design intent, and technical drawings, ensuring flawless execution.Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocations.Liaise directly with clients, architects, designers, and consultants to maintain strong relationships.Coordinate workshop production with site installation teams.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.Enforce quality control and health & safety standards across all projects.Provide leadership to site teams, resolving challenges quickly and effectively.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5+ years’ project management experience in construction / joinery / fit-out.Strong track record delivering commercial interiors, retail, or hospitality projects.Excellent technical knowledge of bespoke joinery and fit-out processes.Proven ability to manage budgets of €500k+ and multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.Full clean driver’s licence and flexibility to travel nationwide when required.Benefits & Package€45,000 – €75,000 salary, depending on experience.Work on high-profile projects with major Irish and international clients.Be part of an ambitious, growing company with a strong order book.Modern office & workshop facility with an in-house design and production team.Opportunities for career progression and increased responsibility.Supportive team culture with a focus on quality and innovation.
