Process Technician

• Set up, operate, and optimize polymer processing lines, primarily in injection moulding.
• Monitor and adjust processing parameters across a wide range of polymer materials.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, Quality, Toolroom, and Shift Management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards to maintain product and company reputation.
• Work effectively as part of a 4-cycle shift rotation.

• Completed Polymer Technology Apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.
• Prior medical device and/or injection moulding experience is essential.
• Strong technical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 O6 grades in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Must hold Stamp 4 visa or full, unrestricted working rights in Ireland.
