- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on product usage, features, and benefits.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with the technical support team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and customer service best practices.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the Medtech or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Fluent in English and in German
