German-speaking Customer Service Representative roleKey Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on product usage, features, and benefits.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with the technical support team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments and customer service best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the Medtech or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Fluent in English and in German
