- Receive incoming parts and manage all stock handling accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all inventory is stored correctly and maintain well-organised stock locations
- Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records precise at all times
- Report any errors, discrepancies, or damaged items to management
- Prepare accurate customer invoices promptly
- Liaise with the central accounts team to help resolve payment queries
- Carry out local deliveries and collections using the most efficient routes
- Support company promotions, campaigns, and events as required
- Escalate customer complaints in line with company procedures
- Respond to sales and customer queries in a timely, professional manner
- Present a positive company image through appearance, communication, and work habits
- Previous experience in a stores or vehicle parts environment is essential
- Experience within the heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle sector is highly desirable
- Strong IT skills, with experience using stock control or invoicing systems
- Prior invoicing experience is an advantage
- A valid forklift licence/certification is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver great customer service
- Proactive, organised, and methodical approach to daily tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety best practices
