Parts Sales ManagerLocation: Mitchelstown, Co. CorkAn established automotive parts supplier is seeking a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Parts Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This position plays a key role in supporting aftersales operations and helping grow their parts offering across the Republic of Ireland.You will be based at their busy Mitchelstown stores, working closely with a field-based sales representative for the region, as well as liaising with a central support team in Co. Antrim. Occasional travel may be required.Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming parts and manage all stock handling accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all inventory is stored correctly and maintain well-organised stock locations
  • Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records precise at all times
  • Report any errors, discrepancies, or damaged items to management
  • Prepare accurate customer invoices promptly
  • Liaise with the central accounts team to help resolve payment queries
  • Carry out local deliveries and collections using the most efficient routes
  • Support company promotions, campaigns, and events as required
  • Escalate customer complaints in line with company procedures
  • Respond to sales and customer queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Present a positive company image through appearance, communication, and work habits
About You - Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a stores or vehicle parts environment is essential
  • Experience within the heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle sector is highly desirable
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using stock control or invoicing systems
  • Prior invoicing experience is an advantage
  • A valid forklift licence/certification is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver great customer service
  • Proactive, organised, and methodical approach to daily tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Strong time management skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety best practices
