This is a key role within Renew Skin Clinic. The perfect candidate will be competent, reliable and dedicated to fulfil the role with experience of running a busy desk. This role is suited to a real people person with excellent organisational skills and a desire to work within a team environment.The role is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, including one late evening.This role involves working in a busy clinic with the responsibility of providing excellent customer care and administrative support. Interacting with clients, dealing with any service or product queries and booking customers in for the appropriate treatments.
Scheduling appointments for doctors, nurses and skin therapists on a daily basis via our phone system, email and online booking
Ensuring all client records are recorded in a confidential and professional manner
Providing five-star customer care to all of our clients
Dealing with administration duties, stock taking, printing and filing customer records
Assisting with any other general duties if and when required.

Requirements

Excellent communications and organisation skills
Excellent presentation
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Flexible with working hours including evenings.
A passion for all things skin
