Chef de Partie - Job Description & Requirements Role: Responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the Head Chef in smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to required standards. Maintain cleanliness and food safety in line with HACCP. Manage stock and minimise wastage. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' professional kitchen experience. Culinary qualification or equivalent experience. Strong cooking skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Flexible to work varied shifts.
