- Valid work permit with documentation.

- Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
- A passionate and creative approach to cuisine, keeping up to date with current culinary trends.
- Preparing and maintaining a wide range of sauces, stocks, and reductions to the highest standard
- Cooking sauteed dishes, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation
- Contribute ideas to menu planning and bring creativity to daily specials.
- Stock control and rotation.
- Maintaining a clean, organised section and ensuring HACCP compliance.
- Control cost and minimise waste.
- Training and supporting junior chefs in the section
