- Manage end-to-end processing of injury claims, including coverage assessment and settlement negotiations.
- Set evidence-based reserves proactively and conduct regular reviews.
- Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in motor damage and bodily injury claims.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and maintain clear communication on coverage and claims process.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless claims experience and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent claims for investigation.
- Engage in ongoing training for up-to-date knowledge on procedures, industry standards, and legal changes.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather essential information.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience handling injury claims.
- Experience dealing with litigated claims is a distinct advantage.
- Ideally skilled in supporting areas like recoveries and investigations.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude.
- Detail-oriented with robust organisational and multitasking skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrates ownership and responsibility.
