Senior Project Manager - IrelandMy client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of multi-technology energy projects across internal, public, and private sector clients. You will take full ownership of projects from bidding through to delivery and handover, ensuring excellence in safety, customer experience, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety & Environment - Champion a zero-incident culture across all project phases.Customer Leadership - Act as a trusted senior contact, ensuring a high-quality customer journey.Project Delivery - Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Reporting & Controls - Lead reporting, risk management, cost control, and governance within the stage gate process.Collaboration - Work with Sales, Engineering, and O&M teams to ensure projects are well scoped, technically sound, and successfully transitioned into operations.What We're Looking ForProven track record delivering complex engineering and construction projects in energy, with experience in Solar, CHP, or Integrated Solutions.Strong project management skills (APM, PMP, or equivalent) with governance and project control expertise.Demonstrated HSE leadership in a construction or engineering environment.Technical knowledge to ensure safe and correct installation of energy solutions.Commercial acumen, with experience in contracts such as MF1, PPAs, Energy Savings Agreements, NEC, and FIDIC.Experience delivering projects for complex energy users (for example hospitals or large corporates).Degree in Engineering or a Technical field preferred, with IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications desirable.This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape major on-site energy projects while working with cutting-edge solutions.
