Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service across our Bar, Restaurant, and Function Rooms. If you're friendly, efficient, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo greet regular customers courteously.To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.About the roleThe Ideal candidate:Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant would be advantageous.Enjoy working with the publicOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Maximum flexibility with regards to hours/ must be available to work over a 7 day period- Must be flexible to work midweek and weekendsBe a great team player.Fluent in English.Why Work For Cavan Crystal HotelCavan Crystal Hotel is one of Cavan's leading 4-star hotel's.
