- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience using data insights to drive HR strategy and influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience implementing HR projects and risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent project/change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Work with executive level stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery for our HR processes in Ireland.
- Contribute to the deployment of high priority country focused HR programes and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.
- Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Solve compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
- Work with the HR Compliance, Process Ownership, and User Support teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.
- Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable. Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service of the end-of-end delivery of our Googler Experience in the country.
