Here’s what we are looking for with this roleEssential RequirementsMinimum 5-7 years of PQE law firm and/or in-house experienceDeep subject matter expertise on regulatory compliance related to cybersecurity and data protectionUnderstanding of global security and data protection laws, including in the EU and UKKnowledge of global industry standards and security frameworks, information security and privacy laws and regulations (e.g. ISO, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA et al)Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI technologiesDesired RequirementsUnderstand IT and/or cyber security technical concepts and methodologies and has ability to communicate and discuss technical conceptsFamiliarity with third-party risk management processes related to data protection and cybersecurityExperience in IT contracting, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating security requirements, cloud services (e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, information technology and software licensing agreements, collocation agreements, software development agreementsLegal project management experience is helpfulWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
