In this role, you will oversee the preparation of R&D Tax Credit claims, working directly with both clients and colleagues up to partner level. You'll evaluate eligible expenditure for incentives and play a vital role in delivering excellent client experiences and innovative solutions.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess client operations to pinpoint R&D-eligible expenditure and develop effective claim methodologies
- Lead financial elements of projects, working closely with clients' finance teams
- Manage client projects to ensure top-quality service delivery
- Support clients in discussions or audits with authorities
- Mentor and support less experienced team members
- Conduct technical research for client and internal insights
- Help identify new opportunities for clients
- Contribute to achieving team fee and collection goals
- CTA qualification with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Adaptable and commercially aware mindset
