We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of our custom-engineered rubber hose and technical abrasive products. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom-engineered rubber hose and technical abrasive products. •Conduct feasibility studies and analyse product requirements to ensure optimal functionality and performance. •Utilise engineering principles and CAD/SolidWorks software to create detailed design drawings and specifications. •Perform testing and validation of product prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. •Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in the resolution of engineering-related issues. •Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation. •Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry. •Experience in CAD/SolidWorks software for 2D and 3D modelling desirable •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. •Knowledge of industrial rubber hose and abrasive products is a plus.
