We are always striving to be better.Purpose of the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive sales person to grow our van sales business, both in acquiringnew business and servicing current customers to a high standard including sales and merchandising service of bouquets,plants and gifts directly to our retail partners.Key SkillsEssential:

Trained and experienced FLT – Reach Counterbalance driver with proven clean Health & Safety Record
Flexibility to work shift patterns as required
Good standard of basic English is essential
Ability to take on knowledge quickly
Open to feedback in order to develop
Drive and enthusiasm essential
Ability to work as part of a team
Conduct work in a healthy and safe manner at all times
Good level of numeracy essential for planning
Must have good attendance record
Good punctuality record
Good disciplinary record
Excellent adherence to Health and Safety
This role is based in St Margaret's so must have own transport to get onsite

Key Reporting Metrics of this role:Safety performance, area hygiene, pallet transfers to production, goods In or Loaded depending on work area, Manualloads at zero, Returns area all booked in.
