Our client, a well-established showroom specialising in high-end bathroom solutions for both retail and trade clients are currently seeking a polished and professional Showroom Sales Representative to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the bathrooms sector who understands both product and customer, and who thrives in a refined, service-led sales environment.Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in retail and trade customers in the showroom
Build rapport and establish customer needs through thoughtful, informed questioning
Provide expert product advice and work closely with customers to stay within budget
Maintain a calm, pressure-free, and professional approach to sales
Prepare quotes, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation
Stay organised and efficient in handling multiple customer accounts
Eventually conduct site visits and assist with larger commercial accounts (e.g., hotels)
Work collaboratively with the sales team to uphold showroom standards

What Weu0027re Looking For:

Previous experience in bathroom sales strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly presentable, suited appearance to match the showroomu0027s premium standard
Strong attention to detail
Organised, efficient, and attentive to detail
Ability to read customer needs, ask the right questions, and guide without pressure
Strong customer awareness and a genuine interest in finding the right solution for each client
Comfortable working with both the general public and trade professionals
