- Programme/Project Co-ordination: Support project and programme leads by coordinating timelines, milestones and reporting cycles.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.
- Documentation: Maintain project plans, progress/ status reports, risk registers, issues log and governance records.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders; keep project details updated in the DEY portfolio management application.
- Co-ordinate communications, meeting agendas and follow up actions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to organisational project management standards.
- Financial Tracking: Support budget monitoring and procurement processes.
- Risk and Issue Management: Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are tracked, escalated and reported accurately.
- Ability to work autonomously with ownership of outcomes for key projects.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a project management, project coordination or project support role within a large organisation, operating in a structured project environment using agile and/or traditional delivery methods.
- Certifications: Project Management certification(s) such as PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management Foundation.
