- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client
- Certification in Google Digital Workshop with familiarity in Google Ads and online advertising.
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in German, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
- Grow small-sized businesses in Germany with significant expansion potential.
- Establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients, using your sales, problem-solving and objection handling skills to operate in a fluid environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals.
- Deliver effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models, in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business and with a high performing sales team at scale.
