Defining and owning the organisation’s data transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, budgets and expected value.
Leading large‑scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions, enhance platform capabilities and improve analytics maturity.
Tracking and communicating the value of data and AI initiatives, establishing clear measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.
Partnering with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs.
Supporting successful adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change‑management strategies.
Managing end‑to‑end delivery of data transformation projects, ensuring they remain on track, mitigate risks, optimise resources and deliver measurable outcomes.

Your skills and experience:

Experience leading data transformation and large‑scale data projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles.
Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance.
Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Familiarity with the insurance domain and the full data value chain.
