OverviewPosition open for a Full-Time Supervisor in FURLA Kildare Village.Furla is an Italian luxury brand that has been in the leather goods industry since 1927. The company produces luxury handbags and accessories through its 425 stores spread across the globe.We are looking for a responsible Supervisor in our FURLA Kildare Village store. The ideal candidate will be a leader and a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees to ensure they work efficiently and effectively towards a common goal. He/She will have the ability to problem-solve, manage time pressures calmly and be approachable. They should be results-driven and focused.Responsibilities

Manage a team and workflow.
Monitor employee activity, evaluate performance and provide feedback.
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of merchandise
Assist customers and provide guidance
Solve problems at a day-to-day level

Qualifications

Previous retail experience with a luxury brand would be an added advantage.
Previous leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team.
Professional appearance and attitude.
