The successful candidate will be committed to their work and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent technical and test support as part of our Level 2 team. This role reports to the Post Feature Delivery Lead and is based in Brazil.Key Responsibilities:Support customers during online test sessions and offline ticket supportCoordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issuesDesign and maintain expertise in the flow of application process and systems related to the companyAdminister and resolve application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysisMaintain good professional relationships with counterparts in engineering and customer support departmentsOrganize and implement projects ranging from small to medium size and assist with all processes under the guidance of Software EngineersPerform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domains, ensuring application availabilityCoordinate with UAT department to assist in releases and deployments to various environments and production outputsProvide support, identify issues, and prepare appropriate documentation of all issues and solutionsRecommend ways to optimize performance, provide solutions to problems, and prepare reports for all problemsIdentify and provide resolutions ranging in complexity from medium to highEssential Experience and Qualifications:Experience supporting customers in the test phase and/or test experienceKnowledge and experience administering or using Microsoft IISKnowledge of database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server) and working fluency in SQLAbility to diagnose and address application issuesWorking knowledge of IT hardware and softwareAbility to learn and master employer-specific softwareComplex problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused with strong reporting skillsDemonstrated ability to learn technical information, processes, and applications quicklyExcellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask within a fast-growing organizationProactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrated flexibilityDesired Experience and Qualifications:Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure)Experience using tools like Postman to create and save simple and complex HTTP/s requestsDegree-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software EngineeringBasic knowledge of programming concepts, preferably C#Experience in building effective relationships with development teams and clientsThis position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover.
