- Providing members with a courteous, pleasant, and professional service primarily via the call centre, website/email, or back-office support.
- Assisting members face-to-face on occasion.
- Processing loan applications, supporting members with account management, acting as teller, assisting with Credit Control queries, and providing guidance on the full range of services.
- Carrying out back-office administrative/operational duties as required.
- Providing support, coaching and guidance to peers, in particular Member Services Officers working towards their MCC accreditation.
- Supporting and actively participating in sustainability initiatives (energy, water and waste reduction).
- Qualification in one of the following, QFA / CUA / APA in Loans & Savings & Investments / Pathways CU Diploma / ACCUP
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a financial institution.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SCION is an advantage.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
